If you are facing problem in division of huge figures or you are trying to work out a division problem in your head. Here is the solution of your division:-
Division by 2
See the last digit of any figure if that digit can be divided on 2 then figure can be divided on 2
Division by 3
Just add up all the digits of any figure untill and then see the figure if that figure can be divided on 3 then the figure you were facing problem can be divided on 3
Division by 4
The rule for dividing by four is the same as for dividing by two
Division by 5
See the last digit of any figure if there is 5 or 0 then the whole figure can be divided on 5
.
Division by 6
If a number is BOTH divisible by 3 AND an even number (ending in 0,2,4, 6 or 8) then it is divisible by six too.
Division by 7
To find out if a number is divisible by seven, take the last digit, double it, and subtract it from the rest of the number. Example 623 (take 3 double it you get 6 then subtract it from 62 you get 56. You see then 56 can be divided on 7) so 623 can be divided on 7
Division by 8
See rule 2 or 4
Division by 9
Use the same trick we used to see if a number is divisible by three - it works for any power of three (3,6,9,12, etc.).
Division by 10
If a number is evenly divisible by 10 it will end in zero. Simply remove that zero to find out what that number would be if it were divided by 10.
